Convocazione del Consiglio dell’UNIONE Andrano-Spongano-Diso-Castro<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0nella Sala Consiliare del COMUNE DI DISO (Le) per il giorno venerd\u00ec 14 Ottobre 2022<\/strong> alle ore 18.00 in prima convocazione e sabato 15 ottobre 2022 alle ore 19.00 in seconda convocazione.<\/p>\n

Nella prossima seduta del Consiglio del 14 Ottobre 2022 (ore 18) – convocata dal Presidente del Consiglio dell\u2019Unione Rocco MINONNE<\/strong> – entreranno nell’Unione NUOVI CONSIGLIERI a seguito delle ELEZIONI AMMINISTRATIVE nel COMUNE DI CASTRO e ci saranno comunicazioni da parte del Presidente dell’Unione Salvatore MUSARO\u2019<\/strong> sulla composizione della Giunta dell\u2019Unione che si allarga.
\nA seguire ci sar\u00e0 l\u2019approvazione del DOCUMENTO UNICO DI PROGRAMMAZIONE<\/strong> (DUP) 2022\/2024, del BILANCIO DI PREVISIONE FINANZIARIO<\/strong> 2022\/2024 e del RENDICONTO DELLA GESTIONE<\/strong> per L’ESERCIZIO 2021.
\nSaranno discussi anche DUE altri importanti Ordini del Giorno<\/strong>: uno “CONTRO LA GUERRA IN UCRAINA ED IN OGNI PARTE DELLA TERRA”
\ne un altro “CONTRO LA VIOLENZA DEL REGIME IRANIANO NEI CONFRONTI DELLE LIBERTA’ E DEI DIRITTI DELLE DONNE”.
\nInfine, saranno approvati alcuni REGOLAMENTI<\/strong>: quello sullo “SVOLGIMENTO DEL CONSIGLIO E DELLA GIUNTA DELL’UNIONE IN MODALITA’ TELEMATICA”, quello per “l\u2019ISTITUZIONE DEL GARANTE DEI DIRITTI DELLE PERSONE CON DISABILITA’ E DELLA CONSULTA” e quello sull\u2019 “INDENNITA’ RISARCITORIA IN CASO DI INTERVENTI EDILIZI REALIZZATI IN AREE SOGGETTE AL VINCOLO PAESAGGISTICO DI CUI AL D.LGS. N. 42\/2004”.-
